March 2026 Newsletter

Hello friends!

We are somehow already coming up on the end of the first quarter, which feels a little unreal.

The end of a quarter is a great time to pause, take a step back, and review everything that’s happened in the past few months, then use those insights to plan strategically for the months ahead.

As always, there have been some real shifts in the digital space, especially in how people are finding businesses right now. AI search use is increasing, and content from social platforms are getting more visibility in Google and other search engines. This industry is ever evolving!

These changes have made a big difference for our clients, and this past month I’ve felt especially proud. We’ve seen soars in visibility and drastic cuts to stress levels. The difference we are making is why Threadlined Presence was built to begin with.

Here’s what’s happening behind the scenes to create those kinds of results.

What Changed in March

Google continues expanding AI-generated search results, especially with AI Overviews, meaning users are often getting answers before ever clicking into a website.

At the same time, the use of AI tools like ChatGPT or Perplexity as a starting point has accelerated. More people are asking questions in AI tools and reading summarized answers before they ever visit a website.

In practice, that means your content needs to clearly answer real questions if you want to show up at all. Pages that are vague or overly branded tend to get skipped over, while well-structured content — especially FAQs and blog posts — have a much better chance of being surfaced.

Individual LinkedIn and Instagram posts have also been appearing more frequently in Google search results. Posts are no longer staying where they are published. They’re being indexed and discovered in entirely different places.

A single post can now reach someone outside your audience, sometimes weeks after it was originally shared. The content that performs best here is the content that stands out on its own. Stuff that is clear, specific, and written with real substance.

Across the board, ongoing algorithm updates continue to prioritize clear, useful content over high-volume output.

Businesses that are taking the time to say something truly meaningful are starting to stand out more than those trying to keep up with constant output by chasing trends.

As time goes on, we expect to keep seeing more of this — AI playing a bigger role in discovery, content reaching beyond where it’s posted, and a continued shift toward substantial clarity over volume.

How These Changes Are Playing Out For Clients

This past month, we’ve seen these shifts play out very clearly in client work.

One client we support on LinkedIn orginally came to us knowing they wanted to focus more on social media, but struggled to stay consistent. They were looking for support to streamline the process and stay accountable.

Since then, we’ve been working together to refine their message, simplify their approach, and focus on content that has real meaning behind it.

They’re now posting just 2-3 times per week, and are seeing a significant increase in reach, well beyond what they were seeing before.

These results are so incredible to see! To watch someone go from feeling stuck to seeing real traction is honestly one of the most rewarding parts of this work.

Even better, this is just the beginning! There is so much more room to build from here!

As content starts to travel beyond the original platform it was posted on, this work becomes even more important. Posts will continue reaching new people over time.

If you’ve been wanting to show up more consistently but haven’t quite found a rhythm that works, or you’re looking for support to streamline your efforts, you’re always invited to reach out.

Making Results More Accessible

We recognize that some of the biggest setbacks when it comes to bringing in support for your digital presence come down to timing and finances.

A lot of the work that actually moves things forward, like audits, website updates, or ongoing support, ends up getting pushed off for that reason alone.

So, in line with our values of accessibility and flexibility, we’re now offering payment plans through Affirm. This allows you to split larger investments into monthly payments.

It’s handled directly through Affirm and subject to eligibility, but for many clients, it can make a real difference in easing some of the upfront cost and making it easier to move forward.

If timing or budget has been the thing holding you back, this is one way to help remove that barrier.

What Sets Threadlined Presence Apart: Our Philosophy on

SEO, Ownership, and Transparent Support

SEO, ownership, and ongoing maintenance are essential parts of any website project—but how they’re handled can vary quite a bit across the industry.

Before moving forward with any project—whether it’s with an agency, a studio, or a freelancer—it’s worth understanding how these pieces are typically approached, and how they show up in your agreement.

In this post, we walk through how Threadlined Presence approaches each of these areas a little differently, and what that means for the clients we work with.

Looking Ahead

As we head into the next month, we’re continuing to focus on helping clients refine what’s already in place — making things clearer, more intentional, and easier to build from.

With everything shifting the way it is, the businesses that are seeing the most traction aren’t the ones doing more. They’re the ones making what they already have work better.

More Soon,
